Dr. Kimberley King

Medical Director

Dr Kimberley King MBBS is a lifestyle medicine practitioner and has been a practicing physician for over 10 years. Dr King is committed to championing the push towards healthier lifestyles. As co-founder of The Longevity Clinic, she provides medical oversight and guidance to participants in the clinic's targeted interventions.  Dr King is an avid gardener and nature enthusiast and also advocates for nature connection to improve health and wellness. She is keen on helping others understand lifestyle-related conditions and how holistic health practices can prevent and reverse disease while improving well-being.

Cathy-ann Allman

Community Manager

Cathy-ann Allman is co-founder and the driving force behind the clinic's community. Her personal journey of overcoming health challenges using real food as her primary medicine has given her a profound understanding of the transformative power of proper nutrition. Cathy-ann has spent years educating and inspiring others to embrace a healthier lifestyle rooted in whole, unprocessed foods.

Cathy-ann lives what she teaches. A dedicated gym-goer, recipe creator, and real food advocate, she combines her love of creativity and her natural ability to connect with people to motivate and guide others on their wellness journeys.

Madeline Layne

Madeline, a professional chef turned health coach, transformed her life after hitting rock bottom in 2022. Struggling with weight, a chronic disease, and borderline autoimmune issues, she took control—embracing whole foods, low-impact movement, and a mindset shift toward longevity. Her journey led to lasting health improvements and a passion for helping others do the same. Now, through personalized coaching and nutrient-dense meal solutions, she empowers clients to use food as medicine, build sustainable habits, and achieve vibrant health. Her mission: simple, balanced living for long-term wellness.

Certified Personal Trainer

Samuel Thompson

Sam is the resident fitness coach and certified personal trainer driven by a passion for health and wellness. His journey began in track and football, but a broken leg led him to discover his love for strength training. He says losing his grandparents to disease reinforced his commitment to health, inspiring him to help others through fitness. He uses discipline and resilience to motivate people. His constant aim is to inspire others to prioritize their well-being and push toward their best selves.
